From Route 80 East: Take Route 80W to Exit 34-B (Route 15/Jefferson/Dover/Sparta) approximately 12 miles. The surgery center is in the large white office building on your left approximately 2/10 of a mile past the railroad tracks.

From Route 80 West: Take Route 80E to Exit 34 (Route 15/Jefferson/Dover/Sparta) approximately 12 miles. The surgery center is in the large white office building on your left approximately 2/10 of a mile past the railroad tracks.
From Hackettstown: Take Route 46E to Route 80E to Exit 34 (Route 15N) and follow directions above.

From Milford, PA: Take the Milford Bridge to NJ onto US Route 206. Route 206 becomes Route 15S. The center will be on the right hand side approximately 25 miles from the bridge. Pull into the parking lot and go to the private entrance on the right side of the building.
